Webcomic artist apparently a terrorist?

I read Real Life Comics, among others. I was catching up on my backlog, when I came across the news down the bottom of this comic:

For those of you who don't like clicking links, the short story is that a guy made a comment about a gun at his government job and got fired because of it. He then made a webcomic about his getting fired in his regular comic, only to have the police turn up on his doorstep due to the comic being a borderline terrorist act. WTF? Hopefully only in America and not ever elsewhere.
