Full Time

Those two weeks of full time I mentioned in my last post? Out of the blue suddenly become full time for the forseeable future. I knew I was heading into full time in another month or so, but I was also expecting to have plenty of time to wrap up everything before making that transition. Found out beginning of last week that another girl is going on holidays when the first holiday girl gets back. NetPlus is also opening a new store in Myaree at the end of August, so just keeping on full time. I'm trying to get in as branch manager there - nothing has been 100% confirmed, but all signs look fine right now. Part of it depends on how I go in full time, review it in six months to double check I'm still good. Every night I'm so tired now! The money has been fabulous, but it's hard getting used to being time-poor again. I lost two days of the week in which I used to be able to do so many things.

Boss made the request that I don't wear "hippy" clothes any more *heh*. Not that my clothes were outlandish before, but they were definitely in my sort of style. If I'm a branch manager though, I need to look the part. Fair enough. He gave me a coles myer voucher to go spend with, and I have a bunch of lovely new pants and skirts. While I couldn't stand the fashion on me before (it looked alright, but not on me with my personality) I've decided now that I like it after all, so I think I'll probably buy tops to go along with the new bottoms. That is, if I can find the time! I also need a new jacket, as none of my current ones suit the new style.

Whups, would type more, but Zig has been lovely and has made tacos. Must go eat!
