The email from the boss came yesterday. It said that a decision need to be made, that I needed to either go back or he needed to find a new employee. He also said that my sick leave had been used up and there were only a couple of days left of holidays. Not surprising since it's been 4 weeks.
So I cried, I deliberated, I discussed with Z much, and I replied to the email. I said that I didn't think I could work full-time for anyone right now, but perhaps I could work 2-3 days a week while a new person was trained?
I go back again on Friday. I keep swinging from "I can do this, and more" to "why the hell did I think I can do this". Current agreement is Friday, Saturday, and Monday, which is two and a half days worth. Will mostly likely be only for a couple of months, so I need to figure out what I'd like to do, what I am doing, and what I can do.
