Quiz thingy
Tuesday, February 14th, 2006 10:03 amI was tagged by
nightmancyr for this quiz thing, but I try not to perpetuate them. I was answering it in her comments, but thought it was interesting enough to share. Not tagging people though, and I haven't used the quiz thing, just written it out.
It goes "Guilt" "What is yours?" "Explain yourself" in a grid thing that is mostly superfluous.
The Guilt List
Culinary: Italian tomato based pasta - My mum has an allergy to wheat so I shouldn't indulge too often incase I trigger a wheat allergy in myself, but....oh god, so good.
Literary: My guilt here is David Eddings. He only knows one story and rewrites it all the time, but I love the story! I love fantasy! Different but same characters don't seem to matter when I'm in the middle of reading him.
Audiovisual: While my favourite is Princess Bride, it's not a guilt because it has achieved cult status. My guilt is Hook, I don't know many people who go *squee* over it like me, but I love fantasy, fairytales, and happy endings. Also Dustin Hoffman excels as Hook and Robin Williams was always a brilliant actor.
Musical: Hmmm. Nothing springs to mind...Ooh does Pirates of Penzance count? Please? The one with Jon English as The Pirate King is awesome! "Dear Pirate King, I love your purple pants.." Absolutely fabulous line.
Celebrity: Sean Connery. I either get resounding agreement, or "ewww, he's old". I don't care, he's matured like a fine wine and I think he's not only gorgeous, but brilliant as well. He was given the keys to Edinborough too! Totally awesome.
