Wheee! Credit Card Happiness

I got mail last night, and upon opening I found a credit card. All I had to do was phone a 1800 number to activate, which I did promptly. The chicky I got on the phone was most awesome and we got off-topic quite often. When I eventually got of the phone I was a bit hyper from all my giggling. There I am, with a newly activated credit card. I had to use it! I took off to Fast Eddy's in the end, and had me a piece of chocolate cake and a hot chocolate. Mmmm, virgin use of a Virgin card <-- bad joke.
Yay credit card! I must now be very strict with myself on its use, so I don't get in over my head. The impulse is there to just go out and spend on it. In practise, I plan to pay everything off before interest gets applied, which means spending within my budget still.
Speaking of practise/practice - does anybody remember the rule for when you use the c and when you use the s? I remember we spent a lot of time on it when I was in primary school, but I can't remember any more. I'm begging someone to refresh my memory, because it itches me everytime I use the word.
