It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Saturday, September 23rd, 2006 02:15 pmZ decided to upgrade his LCD late Thursday night. Friday, I brought home a Viewsonic VX2025wm 20" widescreen. Yay for him, but especially yay for me, I got his old 17" LCD, which I've been wanting for a very very long time. It's my Christmas present, 3 months early *cheesy happy grin*. My computer has also been moved from my lonely room to join the table with Zig's computer in the loungeroom. Last night was like a mini-LAN, except we were both doing our own thing. It felt....wonderful.
I haven't been on my computer for a very long time. Zig got his 17" early in the year, and I decided at the same time that I was sick of getting a headache everytime I got on my computer and stared at my CRT. So we've been sharing his computer in the loungeroom since then, usually to success but sometimes it's was annoying when we both wanted to use it and, well, being his machine I lost out. But now, all good muchly. Getting used to my own computer again after such a long time. Will also have to transfer all the games that I've been playing along with saves.
