T-shirt seen today: I'd love to have a "battle of wits" with you, but you appear unarmed.
Christmas was good. Z excelled all previous presents given _ever_ and was heaped with "you rock my world" and "you're awesome" all night.
New Year was not too bad. Stayed at home, had two bottles of champers between Z and I. I fell asleep on the couch at 10:15pm and woke up 5 minutes after midnight. 5 minutes dammit!
I had the week off between Christmas and New Year and spent it watching TV episodes, sleeping, mooching around the house, and playing on my computer. Such luxury! I was in heaven.

lizbyrd 's Christmas party in the early hours and went straight to sleep. In the morning I turned over and snuggled Z. 40 seconds later I realised his lack of long hair and his ownership of short hair. What a wake up! I knew it was coming sometime, but I was expecting to come home to it, not wake up in the morning to it :) So it's shorter hair all round for us two.
New bed arriving tonight! Wonderful awesome futon which we ordered in December is getting delivered to our house tonight. Thank God! The bed we currently have is older than I am, which is just bad, m-kay. Bad. The bed is getting taken to the tip and I shall dance a death dance on it. New bed! So excited *bounces* yay! Bought new sheets for the occasion :) *bounces*
Funny story just happened while I was typing this. Pick up the phone, "Netplus, dadidadi." They wanted Stephanie, but she had just picked up a different phone call, so I asked if I could help instead. Turns out to be the lady from Bassendean Library. Steph had quoted her a price for a few items earlier, and in the middle of helping her I suddenly remembered and burst out "oh no! I have overdue books from you." So she renews them for me over the phone and we have a short chat, and then she goes, "ok, back to my order!" *heh* Quite funny, I think.

Current plan for my birthday is to hit the Art Gallery, Museum, and donate at the blood bank. Nothing looked into and no times planned. Most likely to happen somewhere around the 22nd. I shall keep ye all posted when I figure it out more.
