Synopsis of the last week

Did my course retreat thingy.
Gob-smacking views, absolutely mind-blowing. Went up the stairs and stood stock still in awe of the view each morning. Very inspiring.
Didn't do much physically, but went to bed exhausted each night from all the mental work I was doing.
Ate vegetarian all week. Extremely yummy food, with no wheat and low dairy because we were on a mini body cleanse as well.
Overall enjoyed myself and did good stuff.
Friday:
Left Eagle Bay about 3pm.
Stopped by Busselton and walked down the 2km pier and back, which makes a total of 4km.
Left Busselton about 5:30pm-ish
Reached Perth about 8pm
Reached home about 8:30pm.
Snuggled Z lots, checked email, snuggled more, went to bed.
Saturday:
Got up and made an oven-baked omelette, having the desire for one and the inspiration from eating healthy all week to guide me.
Went to work, didn't die.
Went to Jesters after work with Leanne (my deskmate at work) and caught up on goss.
Came home via the shops and bought vegetables to bake plus some free-range chicken to fry up with some garlic, purple onion, and pinenuts.
Made dinner, and then actually washed all the dishes after. Last week was a good influence on me. Went to try to leave the dishes and just couldn't do it.
Practised my trombone, the competition being the next day and my not having practised for a week and a bit made it necessary.
Went over to Cear's place to have a minigathering for one of his friend's birthdays.
Met Casey, who is a most wonderful and awesome person. Next time I have a party, I will invite her along.
Left just after midnight, came home, went to bed.
Today:
Got up, had yoghurt with frozen mixed berries in it. Still eating healthy, am happy and proud of myself.
Read "previous 25" part of my friends page, along with all comments.
Practised trombone again. Very happy with sound, will do good this afternoon.

Later Today:
Brass band competition is today. Belmont Brass Band (my band) is playing the first half of stuff at 1:45pm, and the second half of stuff at about 4:20pm (I think). Must get there at 1pm for warm ups and ironing out of last minutes things in the songs with the band.
Will not be eating healthy lunch, as I still need a shower, and need to leave here at about 12:30pm, as the competition is being held in Churchlands. I estimate it will take about 30min to get there, although I have never been there before. Will probably stop by Red Rooster on way.
Must go have shower now. I love you all and miss you. Must organise party.
