The new starter motor was put in. The car now starts......only not consistently. Sometimes it takes forever and a day before it decides to start, and then it'll start easy. Mostly forever though. And it's a completely unrelated problem to the initial one, although it still ends up with my car not starting.
So I had to call up and say I couldn't come into my shift, 30 min before it was due to start. I would have called earlier, but was still hoping it would be able to be fixed. Not doing my shift tomorrow either, and I wasn't rostered on for Sunday already. It better/should be fixed by Monday. Really annoying though. Won't have much pay in my bank next Tuesday. *sigh*
Knee-jerk reaction = Get a job in which I don't have to rely on my car to do it. Was already thinking about something, just hadn't wanted to follow it up yet. Urge to follow it up .... rising.
